Strong and experienced Project Director with over 30 years of construction experience who has the knowledge of engineering, cost and schedule management of highly complexed infrastructure works with particular reference to underground works of cut & cover and TBM/Mining tunnels. Exceptional satisfactory records with both individual and corporate clients based on systematic and logical data-driven approach for productivity improvement and cost saving. With many years of strong design knowledge background and experience, I was geared towards involvement in details during design and construction stages and dedicated to meet schedules and planning/budgetary/profit requirements and was involved in highly complex infrastructure projects with strong and confident skill of solving critical problem. Under my leadership and interpersonal skills, I was able to lead the team effectively to carry out the works. Strong in coordinating work with several various departments and multi-disciplines, and ready to oversee construction projects on a large scale including overseas. Being strongly reliable and confident and having worked in Singapore for 17 years, my communication skills, networking and relationship with local industry key clients / contractors / subcontractors are extensive in all aspects and will benefit the company in a wide scale and in various sectors. I have also provided technical advisory roles to various overseas projects worldwide focusing on productivity improvement and cost saving approaches whilst managing my own project based on experiences of technical advice and engineering design for many underground projects in domestic and overseas.
