I am an avid computer vision and deep learning data scientist with the ability to mine information located within large sets of structured, semi-structured and unstructured biomedical imaging dataset. I am trained as a Biomedical Engineer with eight years of research experience in animal tracking and behavior quantification. I have experience in Europe and the USA and have developed MATLAB and Python-based tools to track animals and predict their pose. I have also experience in medical imaging data specifically with the functional MRI and Diffusion Tensor Imaging data. I have published my research in high-impact journals including Nature, JAMA, Neuroimage etc. and have over 10 years of experience proofing, editing and writing scientific content as well as providing peer review for journals.
