My career goal is to advance the application of machine learning in predictive analysis within pharmaceutical sciences and social justices, driving innovation in drug discovery and healthcare optimization as well as addressing systemic issues such as gender-based harassment, discrimination, and violence in academic institutions. I aim to bridge the gap between data science, social justice and pharmaceutical research through cutting-edge methodologies and impactful teaching. Also, to contribute to the development of data-driven, ethical and actionable solutions that promote safety, equity and accountability in education systems. Through interdisciplinary research and applied innovation, I seek to support evidence-based decision-making and influence institutional reforms that create more inclusive and empowering learning environments for all. Certified in Data analysis using SPSS and Microsoft Power BI, Data Science and Management, PowerPoint, Data modelling, Python and R programming, and Basic Science Communication CURRENT PROJECT: Predicting malaria prevalence using Nigeria Demographic and Health Survey (NDHS) dataset. Description: This project utilizes the NDHS dataset to develop machine learning models for predicting malaria prevalence. By analyzing demographic, environmental, and health-related factors, the study aims to identify key predictors and enhance early intervention strategies. Tools used: Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn for visualization, Jupiter Notebook for development. Impact: The project contributes to better malaria surveillance by providing data-driven insights for healthcare policymakers. It enables targeted interventions, optimizes resource allocation, and improves disease prevention strategies in malaria-endemic regions.
