Since the beginning of my PhD thesis in 2010, I have been working on research related with the development of targeted therapeutics. This training allowed me to build critical thinking towards drug development as well as a strong bioanalytical background that enabled the development of various challenging liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) based assays and operating in a GLP environment. In addition, I have developed expertise regarding the different assays employed in all the stages of preclinical drug discovery in vitro and in vivo. Furthermore, I participated actively in the maintenance of an ISO17025 certification since 2010 and I have been involved in the organization of a Phase I clinical trials. The fact that I was in charge of the analysis of samples deriving from several clinical trials helped me built important experience regarding bioanalytical tasks that are governed by EMA/OECD guidelines such as bioanalytical method validation, analysis of samples and preparation of reports.
