In addition, I advise venture capital firms and investors to strengthen their understanding of the biopharmaceutical landscape, market dynamics, and access considerations and explore the use of Artificial Intelligence to develop execution-ready solutions for evidence generation, market access decision-making, and health system design. I am a seasoned healthcare executive with almost 20 years of international experience in Market Access, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), and health policy. My career has focused on improving patient access and shaping pricing and reimbursement outcomes across global, regional, and local levels. I bring a deep understanding of complex healthcare ecosystems—from high-income to resource-constrained markets—supported by strong value communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Most recently, I served as Global Head of HEOR, leading the HEOR strategy for a nephrology and rare disease portfolio, contributing to market entry and value recognition across key geographies. Previously, I held increasingly senior roles at AbbVie, Amgen, CSL Vifor, Pfizer and Roche. In these positions, I supported and helped implement access strategies for major product launches across Europe, the U.S., and emerging markets.
