I am the author of "Navigating to Value in Healthcare" and the forthcoming book, "Finding What Matters Most to Patients: Building the Foundation for a Better Healthcare System," due for release in late 2018. I am the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Cardinal Point Healthcare Solutions, an Adjunct Lecturer at the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice, and a Visiting Associate Professor of Community Medicine at the Oxley College of Health Sciences at the University of Tulsa.
