Currently serving as an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of AI & DS at D.Y. Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi, I have played a pivotal role in establishing and enhancing the department. My responsibilities have included spearheading various initiatives aimed at improving academics, placements, and overall student and faculty development. I have successfully organized workshops, training programs, and collaborated with industries to establish a Center of Excellence, providing students with exposure to industrial internships and project-based learning. I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from S.R.T.M.U., Nanded, in 2017. Additionally, I secured a grant of Rs. 25 Lakhs from the Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS) for the design of a Computer-Aided Diagnostic System during the same period.
