With 18 years of experience in the biomedical field, I've navigated diverse roles in clinical settings, academia, non-profit organizations, and industry, where I've spent the last 3 years. Holding a Master's Degree and a PhD, I boast a range of certifications spanning drug discovery and biomarkers analysis, translational medicine, biostatistics, leadership, and project management. My expertise in molecular biology encompasses DNA, RNA, and protein analysis, CRISPR-Cas9, Next Generation Sequencing, molecular cloning, and protein purification. My hands-on experience extends to 2D cells, 3D organoids, primary and immortalized cells of both human and animal origin. Proficient in microscopy and tissue analysis (IHC, IF), I also have 8 years of experience in working with animal models, including mouse husbandry, necropsy, in-vivo surgery, tail vein/intraperitoneal injections, and organs electroporation. Additionally, I am well-versed in flow cytometry/FACS. My passion lies in bioinformatics analyses, where I excel at deriving biological insights from raw data, identifying pathways, common sequences, novel targets, and predicting protein and nucleic acids folding. This passion earned me the Scholar-In-Training Award at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Meeting in 2018. Throughout my career, I've contributed to diverse projects spanning neurodegenerative diseases, bioengineering, cancer, and liver diseases, while successfully overseeing workforce and projects.
