I am a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry with over 7 years of industrial experience in route scouting, process development, and synthesis of complex organic molecules. Currently working as a Senior Research Scientist at Pharmaceutical company, I lead projects involving synthetic route design, reaction optimization, and scale-up strategies for pharmaceutical and fine chemical applications. I have extensive experience in multi-step synthesis (up to 20 steps), C–C and C–N bond-forming reactions (Suzuki, Sonogashira, Heck, Stille, Buchwald–Hartwig), and asymmetric synthesis. My expertise also includes handling client communication, project reporting, and leading research teams in industrial R&D environments. I am skilled in structure elucidation and analytical techniques including Flow chemistry, NMR, IR, HPLC, HRMS, and UV spectroscopy. I have contributed to peer-reviewed publications in reputed journals such as Organic Letters and Journal of Organic Chemistry.
