After finishing my master's and doctoral degree in Biotechnology, started my career in Higher education as an Assistant Professor and promoted as Associate Professor and Head of the Department. In my academic experience, I have guided 3 Ph. D. scholars, 38 Masters Dissertation works, and hundreds of UG and PG small training and research projects. I am a well experienced in higher education, training and research, passionate about providing quality teaching, research assistance, and hands-on training service, excellent technical abilities. I bring values to education, research, as well as research writing and editing with my practical skills, methodical work practices, and systems, focused style of working, and most importantly my ability to connect and relate within a team. In 2018, I started my career in Industry as Associate vice-president and subject matter expert-Biotechnology in an MNC. Where I have served many clients in the field of biotechnology and Agriculture by application of different IoT, ICT, and AI/ML solutions in different Biotechnology and Agriculture verticals such as precision farming, Climatic & soil parameter monitoring, laboratory automation, Tissue culture incubation chamber climate control, bioreactor automation. I am a detail-oriented professional, comfortable at multi-tasking, providing solutions as well as creating new and innovative ways of research work. I possess interpersonal skills to maintain and grow long-lasting and trustworthy relationships within or outside the organization. Self-motivated, resilient ready to go the extra mile to achieve targets and resolve issues.
