I am an applied mathematician and computational scientist specializing in Python and C/C++ coding for scientific computing, numerical analysis, and machine learning. My background includes an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from National Taiwan University, where I developed high‑performance algorithms for eigenvalue problems, and a research internship at Georgia Tech, collaborating on parallel incomplete factorization methods with an international team. These experiences gave me both a strong mathematical foundation and hands‑on coding expertise, enabling me to design efficient algorithms and implement scalable solutions. In 2019, I was honored as the sole recipient of Taiwan’s Ministry of Education Government Scholarship to Study Abroad, awarded to pursue doctoral research in Artificial Intelligence with a specialization in Big Data Analytics. Currently, I am advancing this work as a PhD student in Computer Science and Engineering at Michigan State University, building a novel framework for low‑latency processing in high‑throughput imaging workflows using heterogeneous computing architectures. My research spans FPGA‑based pipelines, CPU/GPU integration, and energy‑efficient neural networks for real‑time inference in embedded scientific systems. Beyond research, I have served as a teaching assistant in computational mathematics, high‑performance computing, and Python programming, mentoring students and preparing materials in Python, MATLAB, C/C++, and CUDA.
