I have been working in the Clinical Development industry since 2008, I had the opportunity to work in Pharmaceutical and CRO settings covering 5 countries. I worked as a CRA, Regional Operations Manager, Regional Research Manager as well as a Consultant for Vendors Oversight and Site engagement. My roles included Sites management, starting from selection, passing by Onsite Monitoring, till Sites closeout with all associated activities for each phase. Then I was involved in People management, Budgets, Contracting, Payments, Shipments logistics including Import and Export as well as quality oversight. My roles allowed my direct interactions with IRB/IECs & Regulatory Authorities in 5 countries in addition to leading the countries to fulfill the enrollment targets and metrics/milestone. Also I worked in Site Engagement where I was responsible for Sites relationship management and Vendors Oversight.
