I studied my Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Health Services Administration. I have been working as a research assistant on several projects since 2007, and I have co-authored several journal and conference papers regarding the assessment of the effects of multidisciplinary team care of cancer patients in Taiwan, exploring the reasons for delayed cancer treatments, analysing cancer survival, and comparing cancer diagnosis stages between different patients with different characteristics. In addition, I have conducted research on health care utilisation and health status of near-poor people. Moreover, I am an expert in big data analysis using SAS, SPSS and R as I have considerable experience in accessing and analysing the Taiwan National Healthcare Database.
