I help biotech, IVD, and research teams develop, review, validate, and troubleshoot molecular diagnostics workflows, with a focus on oncology-related NGS, qPCR, ddPCR, Sanger sequencing, and clinical molecular testing. I am a molecular diagnostics R&D professional with over 10 years of hands-on wet-lab experience. My background covers assay development, sample preparation, nucleic acid extraction and QC, NGS library preparation, hybrid-capture and amplicon-based panel workflows, methylation-based cancer early detection, MRD-related assay development, analytical validation, SOP writing, laboratory workflow optimization, and troubleshooting. I have worked on multiple oncology molecular diagnostics projects, including methylation-based early detection assays, pan-cancer screening workflows, thyroid cancer early detection assays, lung cancer TMB panel development, ctDNA/fresh tissue/FFPE sample validation, DNA/RNA co-detection and co-library NGS workflows, rapid qPCR-based detection, and ddPCR-based rare mutation validation. I am a co-author of a Nature Communications publication related to blood-based, methylation-based early cancer detection, and a co-inventor on Chinese patents covering rapid nucleic acid extraction, DNA/RNA co-detection, and qPCR-based evaluation of NGS probe capture efficiency. My strength is bridging hands-on wet-lab development with structured assay design, QC strategy, validation planning, technical documentation, and practical implementation. I am especially suited for projects that require a scientist who understands both experimental workflow details and the broader requirements of molecular diagnostic product development. I am currently available for independent, project-based consulting in molecular diagnostics, NGS/qPCR/ddPCR assay development, analytical validation planning, SOP and technical documentation, literature review, technology assessment, and wet-lab workflow troubleshooting.
