Currently, I am working on my thesis, focusing on Finding a lead compound for treating Hantavirus Cardiopulmonary Syndrome caused by Sin Nombre Virus. I have hands-on experience in molecular biology, gained through advanced training and research projects. My skill set includes: DNA and RNA extraction PCR and RT-PCR, including data analysis Gel electrophoresis ELISA and RDT techniques Microbial culture, AST, and microscopic observations. In addition, I bring strong computational biology skills, proficient in tools like: PyMOL, PyRx, Biovia Discovery Studio, Open Babel, SwissPDB Viewer, and Chimera. Molecular docking and lead compound optimization. 3D and 2D molecular visualization using various techniques. My online research and data-gathering abilities allow me to efficiently locate and curate scientific resources, providing comprehensive support for molecular modeling, drug discovery, and structural biology projects. I excel at problem identification and solving, generating innovative ideas, and leveraging my creative skills to contribute to impactful research.
